This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and disclose your personal information through the Growhaus™ platform and related services.

We collect information that enables us to safely and effectively deliver healthcare and dispensing services, including:

• Personal information: your name, date of birth, address, contact details, and account information.

• Health information: prescriptions (e-scripts), medical history, treatment details, allergies, and related health data.

• Payment information: billing address, payment method, and transaction records.

• Technical information: IP address, browser type, and usage activity when you visit or interact with our platform.

All health data is treated as sensitive information under the Privacy Act.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect your information in the following ways:

• When you create a Growhaus™ account or upload your e-script.

• When you interact with our care team, customer service, or affiliated pharmacies.

• When you place an order, make a payment, or use platform features such as smart reminders or wellness tools.

• When provided by Mode Healthcare practitioners or partner dispensaries involved in your care.

• Automatically, through cookies or analytics tools that help improve user experience (you can disable cookies via your browser settings).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, manage, and improve your healthcare experience.

• Process orders, payments, and deliveries.

• Communicate important updates about your prescriptions, repeats, and appointments.

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure clinical safety.

• Offer wellness tools, educational content, and personalised notifications.

• Comply with legal obligations, professional standards, and regulatory requirements under AHPRA and the TGA.

We do not sell or rent your information to any third parties.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information only when necessary to deliver your care or meet compliance obligations, including with:

• Partner pharmacies, compounding chemists, and laboratories that dispense or manufacture your prescribed medications.

• Mode Healthcare practitioners or your prescribing doctor, to ensure continuity and accuracy of treatment.

• Technology and payment service providers who support our platform, under strict data protection agreements.

• Regulatory authorities if required by law (e.g. TGA, AHPRA, or relevant state health departments).

All partners are contractually bound to handle your information securely and confidentially.

5. Data Security

Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard security protocols.
Growhaus™ is hosted on secure Australian servers and complies with all relevant data retention and cybersecurity standards.
Only authorised staff and contractors with appropriate clinical or administrative roles can access your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal and health data for as long as necessary to deliver your care, meet regulatory requirements, or maintain accurate medical records. When information is no longer required, it is securely destroyed or anonymised.

7. Access and Correction

You have the right to access or update your personal information at any time.

We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with the APPs.

8. Your Rights
